Neha realized her fervor for real estate during the process of purchasing her first home. The whole process of getting pre-approved to buying the house made her realize how challenging the whole process can be. Since then she knew that she wanted to pave the path helping others and found her true trade in real estate serving her clients and assisting them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.
She is a computer science engineer and this knowledge coupled with her previous work experience in data analysis has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate market analysis helping people in real estate buying, selling, leasing and investing for both residential & commercial properties.
She currently resides in Durham region with her better half who is an architect. The couple recently bought a dilapidated house and is in the process of revamping the house themselves. With a deep interest and knowledge in the housing market she helps her clients with investing in pre-construction, property development and house flipping. She strongly believes that when chosen correctly, the right investment becomes a long-term financial freedom and that no single approach is the right one for every client.
